In order to continue growing our family of patients at Parsippany Dental Care, we have created a program that gives patients a “sparkling” reward for referring their friends and family members to our practice.

How does this program work?

By referring TWO people to our practice for a regular dental examination, you will receive your very own professional start-up teeth bleaching kit for free!

This is the same professional whitening treatment kit that we have used in our office for over 15 years.

Maintaining your bright, new smile

Once you’ve achieved the bright, beautiful smile you’ve always wanted, we will help you maintain it.  All you have to do is:

• Continue coming in for routine teeth cleaning and dental check-ups every six months*
  
• Maintain a “zero” current balance OR have an up-to-date financial standing
  
• As always, remember to brush at least three times a day, and floss at least once in order to keep your mouth, gums, and teeth healthy in between office visits

If you follow these three steps, we will be glad to provide you with FREE teeth bleaching refills.

Are you eligible to participate in this program?

A dental examination performed by Dr. Gross will determine if you are eligible to participate in this program.  There may be circumstances that could prevent a patient from participating. 

You will not be eligible for this program if you:

• Have signs of periodontal disease with depths greater than 3mm
• Have increased amounts of active tooth decay
• A history of extreme sensitivity due to past teeth whitening procedures
• Have permanent anterior fillings, crowns, and/or partial dentures
• Experience tooth pain

*We would like to stress that regular check-up appointments for refills must be scheduled EVERY six months.  We understand that life happens, so we will allow a 15-day grace period when scheduling your appointment; however, keeping the appointment is necessary for you to continue participating in this program.
